Any digs at current political candidates are purely coincidental, however. “There’s a line I wrote a long time ago but it’s landing very differently now: ‘You can’t build a wall,'” says Ms. Goldstein. “When I originally came up with it, I just liked the metaphor! The stakes are higher now.”
